  The coffee is superb and the service is sublime. Being a regular, I can walk in and they know my usual. Friendly and cozy atmosphere, it's the coffee shop I always return to in Hervey Bay. :)

  Very rude asked me to move away as i had a small dog sitting at an outside table with no other person in site. Was told i c ould tie him up at the pole which was closer to the shop than where I was sitting and had to move 2 coffees dog and myself with a broken hand. Well done staff big thumbs down to you. Wontbe going back to your store again

  I love zarraffa’s so am so happy there is one in hervey bay. the white chocolate mocha is the best. the girls are really friendly and the service is quick.

  Ordered two medium flat white coffees but was given two large ones. The coffee itself was pretty bland with no depth of taste. Bean Beat is much better than here.
