    Our loan was pre approved in July 2017, now we are almost in December and STILL having problems. Limitted communication and we have lost the excitement of a new house. We were promised due to being stuffed around for so long that we would have our application fee refunded. Now we have recieved a letter stating unless some more monies are paid (which hervey bay staff CANNOT explain what the extra money is for) no progress payments will be made until these funds have been recieved, mind you this letter had been crossed out and written over in PEN (very proffesional NOT)

    If you are looking at a new home loan or refinancing then Greg at Rams is the person to see. He makes it all so easy and stress free. Greg is so professional and you can tell he loves what he is doing. Highly recommend RAMS Hervey Bay.
