    National Home Brew have been my best experience so far! Emailed ahead of ordering a Crown Urn to check on shipping costs. Quick and friendly responses, service and delivery. Delivery came via courier. The beer kit inclusions were exhaustive. Will definitely be back!

    To be honest, I was kinda angry because National Homebrew forgot my order and started shipping 8 days after my payment. But I got an honest appology and the order was then shipped via express. Mistakes happen and this incident just shows the good customer support. All's well that ends well.
