  It saddens me to write this review after being a customer for more than 8 years. As normal when our grandchildren are on holidays, they enjoy hiring DVD and games from Civic. As they did, last July when they were here. Today my husband hired movies and was told that we had outstanding rentals.

  69 days overdue. And the cost would be $139 each. This was the first we knew. Not one phone call to tell us that we had an outstanding debt with the business, not one follow-up call was received, and yet at the same time before we returned the children, they dropped off the DVD's, and contact was made with the manager, as one DVD was not in the case. That was sorted and returned the next day. Not one mention was made that there were two games not returned. Be warned if you ever have the same experience. Every company has a bad debt policy except obviously this one. They have offered a deal, is it enough? No

  DVD's scratched all the time , parking is horrible.
