    Sharna is the Chuck Norris of Optus Hervey Bay and helped me with where no other telco could. She is an A1 assett to Optus and should be awarded Australian of the Year with her knowledge and customer service skills!

    Great with the phone plans but i brought a $80 waterproof bluetooth speaker the day i got my phone plan and took the speaker back because it was not charging properly and went in and they said it was working fine and i am still sitting here at home trying to charge it to play music off it but it won't. So i suggest getting a speaker somewhere else because they will not give me a refund for the dodgy speaker they sold to me and i got it thursday and took it back the next day and said they couldn't do anything even with my receipt so I'd rather go buy one from penny wise which i did and a $50 speaker does better then the $80 i got from optus. Rip off so angry

    I think they need more staff to help with service because everyone is always waiting. They have lots of information to give and good deals
