If you are after a bargain, great price and friendly staff then big w is the place to shop. I love Big W its my number one place to shop.

The self serve is never easy. I always have errors and have to wait for service to override the issues... so frustrating!

I was happy to see they have finally embraced Christmas not ignoring it like they did a few weeks ago prices were a bit high and the automatic checkouts didn't take cash that was frustrating at a busy time
